As a practice committed to quality reads, Chicago Telerad faced a common yet challenging issue in its operations\u2014inefficiencies in the invoicing process. Chicago Telerad was grappling with the arduous task of transforming schedules into invoices efficiently. The process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors. SMB Services took on the challenge of simplifying the invoicing process for Chicago Telerad. Our strategy was to create a structured system that streamlined data sorting and report generation. We began by addressing scheduling and naming inconsistencies to facilitate the extraction of data for efficient sorting.<\/p>

With these adjustments, we made the invoicing process significantly faster than before. Chicago Telerad’s team was no longer burdened with lengthy and manual tasks. Instead, they could produce single report analyses for each invoice. This streamlined their payouts and allowed for cross-referencing against the billed hours.<\/p>
